Susan
Larsen and Cathy Larsen-Jepson are both Certified Kitchen Designers
(CKD) and Certified Bath Designers (CBD) and have won numerous design
awards. Both have lectured and taught courses on kitchen and
bath design as well as having written articles for national consumer
and trade publications. Susan has served twice on the panel of
judges for the NKBA Kitchen and Bath Competition. The mother-daughter
design team have been creating custom kitchens, baths and other rooms
that reflect each client's unique needs and lifestyle for over 20 years.
Locally owned and operated, we have
clients from around the Puget Sound in Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville,
Monroe, Issaquah, Sammamish, West Seattle, Lake Forest Park, Everett,
and Magnolia, as well as Eastern Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, New York,
Montana, Georgia and Japan.

With over 25 years in the Kitchen and Bath Design
Industry, her accolades are quite impressive. Susan has won several
awards for her kitchen designs from the NKBA, as well as a design award
from Sub-Zero. Her work has been published in Woman's
Day, Journal
American, the Seattle Times, American
Homestyle, Custom Design Interiors, in a Sub-Zero brochure,
as well as on the cover of Kitchens
by Professional Designers. Susan's kitchen and bath industry training
includes education at Bellevue Interior Design Institute, and classes
through the NKBA. She holds her CKD, CBD, and is an industry member
in the NKBA and the NAHB.
A business woman through and through, when not designing Susan can
be found playing golf.
Catherine Larsen-Jepson

Catherine Larsen-Jepson's work. An owner of Kitchen Design & Specialty Shoppe,
Catherine is a CKD and CBD with a long list of accolades after her
name. It's not the awards that take precedence though, it is your project
... in which you will find your individual tastes and lifestyle reflected.
Catherine's work has been seen in Woman's
Day, American
Homestyle, Sun Coast, Seattle Street
of Dreams magazine, Kitchens by
Professional Designers, and Journal American. Catherine
is a member of the NKBA and has attended their Lighting Design School.
Her awards are many and include: 1st Place Master Suite, 3rd Place
Large Kitchen and numerous honorable mention awards from NKBA design
contests. As well as a yellow ribbon award from a regional Sub-Zero
contest.

Chris Larsen - Lodgers Construction
Whether in-house or running field operations, "hands-on" is
Chris Larsen's approach. Chris is an owner of Lodgers Construction,
as well as a member of the NKBA.
Chris's background includes kitchen and
bath, drafting, home remodeling and structural and residential design.
He draws all structural work and new homes for the company. Chris
has attended industry schooling in Structural Steel detailing. His
work has been seen in Baths by Professional Designers , Kitchens
by Professional Designers and an entire home that he created has
been seen in Interiors by Professional Designers.
While work is a family affair, so
is golf. Chris can be found on the links in his spare time.
