The following is an outline of our policies and procedures for design, ordering, and payment of your custom kitchen or bath.

Estimate: Our estimating department will provide a cost analysis from your plans for a nominal fee. The plan will not be submitted to the design department at this time and the cost will be determined based on your plan.

Design Consultation: If you desire design consultation only, the fee will be based on an hourly rate, one hour minimum. In home consultations include design and cost ideas, however, drawings are not included.

Design Procedure: The design package will include a visit to your home to obtain measurements, take pictures, consult with you on your wants, needs, aesthetic preferences, and to determine a feeling of your home's architecture. For new construction, the consultation and evaluation will be determined from a study of your plans in our studio. After a few days, several solutions to the design problem will be presented to you in our studio. When a final design solution is agreed upon, final plans will be drawn and presented for your approval. An estimate for your project will be given at this time. A firm written quotation will be presented when products are chosen such as cabinet style and finish, appliances, counter tops, tile, flooring and millwork.

Structural Design: A complete set of structural drawings will be prepared for your project when required. A set fee will be agreed upon and a deposit applied before any drawings are started. (This fee is non-refundable.) All structural drawings will conform to requirements to obtain building permits.

Ordering: When a contract price is agreed upon and all decisions are made, one half of the contract price is due and payable, including tax on this amount. After final measurements are taken you will receive a copy of the final plans and specifications and the ordering process will begin.

Delivery Time & Installation: An approximate time of delivery and a tentative installation schedule will be given. We will keep you informed of shipping schedules, and your special kitchen or bath will be scheduled with our installation crew to coordinate with the arrival of your cabinetry.
